What areas do you service?
We currently provide delivery services in Nassau and Paradise Island, Bahamas. However, we are actively expanding to serve more islands and countries in the Caribbean. If you’d like to request our services on a different island of The Bahamas, please contact us at [email protected]
What are your hours of operations?
Our customer service team can be reached 7 days per week from 7am to 9pm. Our grocery delivery service is available 8am to 8pm daily, every day of the year!
Why do I need to create an account during checkout?
We require you to create an account so we have a point of contact regarding your order delivery, as well as customize offers or discounts.
Can I place my order in advance?
Absolutely! You can place your order months in advance or even just a day ahead, depending on what’s most convenient for you. Simply select a delivery date and a time slot of your choice during checkout. Please note that we have a cut-off time of 5:00 AM local Bahamas time for same-day delivery, all orders placed after that can only be scheduled starting the following day.
Can I track the status of my order?

Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order via your account, under the “My Orders” section.
You can cancel an order before the cut off time of your slot. Once your order is packed and ready for delivery, you can’t cancel it. If you do so, you will have to pay a cancellation fee.
Do you charge delivery fees?
We charge a delivery fee of $9.99 on every order.
Is there a minimum amount required to place an order?
At this time, we require a minimum order of $60.00.
How will the delivery be handled?
Your goods are kept in our refrigerated vans and stored in reusable insulated cooler bags until they arrive at your location.
Hotels/Resorts: We work with the bellhops with each resort to make sure your goods are delivered on time by providing them your reservation number when we arrive. Alternatively, we work with the concierge to keep your items in refrigerated storage until you can come down to the lobby and pick them up.
Airbnb/VRBO/Vacation Rentals: We can arrive at your location before you get there to fill up the refrigerator and cabinets with your order! Simply ask your host how they can coordinate with us.
Marinas: We can bring your order directly to the docks, please leave us a note for where to park and your slip number if you have one.
Neighborhoods/Homeowners: We can bring your goods directly to your house. Just remember to drop us a pin or send us coordinates in your order notes or via email!
What if my flight is delayed? Can I reschedule?
If your flight is delayed, our team will work with you to coordinate a suitable delivery time or, if needed, store your order at the bell desk to maintain product freshness.
What happens if an item I ordered is not available?
Should an item be unavailable after you have placed the order, you will receive a notification and refund for the unavailable items before the delivery of your order.
How can I be sure of the quality when ordering goods on an island?
Great question! It’s a task we’re proud to undertake and have all of our staff trained in assessing the goods at the grocery stores each day to determine if we need to contact you to either remove or replace the item you have purchased.
What do I do if an item is damaged, leaking or expired?
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any issues at all with your order. We guarantee that we will fix any problems you run into with our deliveries.
Can I add or remove items from my order after it’s been placed?

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards accepted by Stripe, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, eftpos Australia and more. You can also pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay depending on your location.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your checkout? Is my information secure?
Yes, it is absolutely safe to use your card on our website. All of our transactions are processed through Stripe, which uses a high level of encryption and is PCI compliant. Our team never sees your payment details.
