We pre-ordered water, breakfast, snack and lunch foods from foodstore2go.com 2 days before our arrival. I texted the delivery person when we got to our room, he came, put all the groceries away, went over our list, it was perfect!

As a traveller, the 10$ delivery fee is preferable to the $40 round trip taxi drive that it would cost to go to one store… while Foodstore2go has products from various shops – more variety!

With two early teens and restaurant costs little less than outrageous at Atlantis, a suite featuring a full kitchen was the perfect choice for our family. Internet research for groceries sent me to FoodStore2Go and the morning after our arrival, our fridge full of the necessities – eggs, bacon, milk, yogurt, and decently fresh fruit, all delivered with a warm and welcoming smile for a decent price.

Such an easy stress free experience. Highly recommend FoodStore2Go.

We used to stop at the grocery store, but on our last three trips have used foodstore2go. We love, love, love their service!

Used foodstore2go and was pleased, it came right on time and items needing refrigeration came in an insulated cooler bag. I arranged delivery for 6pm the Saturday night of our arrival knowing I would be in my villa at that time. You can sometimes find an online coupon if it is your first time using them.

We were at Atlantis for a week and had FoodStore2Go deliver groceries and liquor/wine to us to have in our room. They were fantastic — very thorough — on time and very professional. I highly recommend them and they even had insulated bags for my groceries. So much better than going to the grocery store after standing in customs at the airport, then driving for 35 minutes to the hotel and then standing in line at check in.

We used Foodstore2go on our last trip and had a great experience. There is a mark up and delivery fee, but the convenience factor was worth it. We were traveling with young children and, by the time we got off the plane and through customs, we were ready to be at the resort as soon as possible. Groceries were delivered right to our room, our order was accurate, and fresh produce was decent quality. Options on the website are a bit limited, but I found all the staples.

The Atlantis can be a pretty expensive place to eat, so we always find it more economical to have food in our room and have a couple of breakfasts and a couple of lunches in our room when we are there. We have used FoodStore2Go on each of our 5 visits to the Atlantis and they never fail to do an excellent job. Even the rare times where the mix up the order, they always do what they have to do to make it right. I would always recommend them as they are all about doing things well.

We used FoodStore2Go on recommendation from the concierge at the Reef. We did not know about them the first 2 times we came and didn’t really get any groceries previously aside from what we purchased in the convenience store ($11 for EGGS!!). I can tell you it made a world of difference to our vacation this year. It made it more relaxing to decide to have breakfast in our room and a couple of dinners instead of always having to get out and be in the madding crowd. I was pleased with everything they brought and thought the price was well worth it vs. expensive meals out and prices at the convenience store.

For two previous visits, we stopped at the grocery store on the way to the hotel. This year we used foodstore2go. I can highly recommend this service. It may cost a bit more, and there is a delivery fee of $10, but I was so glad to be able to come straight to the hotel and have them deliver our groceries to the door. Ordering online is so easy from the comfort of your home; they had everything we needed. Items delivered were fresh; especially the fruit. Only substitution was yogurt, they weren’t able to get the lowfat…no big deal.

I was told to schedule delivery for 1 hour after we landed, I went with 1.5 hrs. after landing. We arrived late, and were not at Harborside when they delivered. No big deal, they just came back. I would recommend scheduling for in the evening after you know that you will be in your unit.

Better not to have to drag your whole family through the grocery store, and then lug your groceries to your room. One year our room was not ready and we had to beg the staff to put our ice cream in our unit for us. Again, I can highly recommend this service!

Great service for arriving guests who have a fridge in their room or maybe even some cooking facility. Our pre-ordered food arrived concurrent with us as they knew our flight info and timed their arrival perfectly to meet us. This is a great way to stock up for in-room meals, snacks, beverages and take a few breaks from the overpriced restaurants, especially if you have children who get tired of restaurants after a while. They used good judgment for substitutions when certain things we ordered off their website were unavailable and were just so absolutely friendly and courteous when we called them several times in advance with questions. A big difference maker in increasing our enjoyment factor for our visit!

We have used food store to go for several years. The people are courteous and a pleasure to do business with. It’s great to start your vacation with everything you need, no fighting over who is going food shopping and when, who’s carrying all that back to the hotel. The convenience is worth it! Believe me! We will be using them again next year.

I used to stop for my groceries on the way, but now I just use them. They arrive promptly and you can tell them what time you want things delivered. There may be a mark up but my time on vacation is more valuable to me.

Also, since most cabs charge for a stop it makes up for the delivery fee and depending on where you are staying if you wait till you arrive you will either pay for a cab or shuttle.

We got what we needed delivered to The Reaaf Atlantis on time and in full!!!
