- Hotels, villas, Airbnbs, and timeshares
- Yachts and charters docked or anchored within delivery range

Next-Day Delivery for Nassau, Bahamas (No Same-Day Delivery)
All deliveries within Nassau, Bahamas are next-day delivery only. We do not offer same-day delivery. Customers can select a preferred delivery date and time at checkout. While we aim to meet requested times, exact timing cannot be guaranteed.
Caribbean Islands We Deliver To (Outside Nassau, Bahamas) – Delivery After 4 Days
For the following Caribbean islands, delivery is completed after 4 days. A USD 25.00 delivery charge and 25% VAT & Tax apply:

Caribbean Islands (Outside Nassau)
- Delivery Fee: USD 25.00
- VAT & Tax: 25%
Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders for next-day delivery in Nassau must be placed before 6 AM local time.
- Orders placed after 6 AM will be delivered the following day.
- Caribbean island orders follow the 4-day delivery schedule.
Perishable Items
All perishable items are packed and handled under temperature-controlled conditions to maintain freshness.
Receiving Deliveries
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time and location. For yacht deliveries, please include the slip number, mooring location, and yacht name.
Order Issues
If you experience missing, damaged, or incorrect items, please notify us within 12 hours of receiving your order. Include photos when possible for quicker resolution.
Special Requests
If you have special delivery instructions, dietary preferences, or concierge needs, please enter them at checkout or contact us directly.
